We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at New Realm Brewing Co. As the second-in-command in the kitchen, you will assist with managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the culinary side of our operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the preparation and cooking of all food items
  • Responsible for menu planning, menu development, and cost control
  • Supervise hourly and entry-level kitchen employees
  • Support the hiring, training, development, and performance counseling of all staff within your area of responsibility
  • Assume operational responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef

Requirements:

  • Secondary-level education required
  • 3-5 years culinary experience at a 5-star hotel or restaurant, plus 1 year supervisory experience
  • Approved/recognized food handling/sanitation certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Culinary experience in a restaurant/hotel
