Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop mouthwatering menus that exceed our guests' expectations
  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily culinary operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Mentor and develop sous chefs and kitchen staff to achieve their full potential
  • Manage food and labor costs while maintaining a budget-friendly and efficient kitchen
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations
Requirements for Success
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a corporate dining or upscale catering setting
  • Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of various cuisines, dietary restrictions, and food preparation techniques
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
