- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in a corporate dining or upscale catering setting
- Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of various cuisines, dietary restrictions, and food preparation techniques
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- A competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000
