We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at Vic's On The River. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet our chef's exact specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up the prep station and stocking inventory
  • Preparing simple components of each dish on the menu
  • Reporting to the management team and following instructions
  • Maintaining sanitation standards and ensuring food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards
  • Cleaning prep areas and taking care of leftovers
  • Stocking inventory and supplies
  • Cooking menu items with the support of the kitchen staff
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team
