Position: Customer Engagement Specialist - Marketing

Job Overview:

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting marketing initiatives. This position involves first shift hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and document incoming order requests through various communication channels, ensuring accurate data entry.
  2. Provide customers with comprehensive product and service information.
  3. Prepare materials for distribution and verify order accuracy.
  4. Act as a communication bridge between clients and distribution teams.
  5. Direct customer inquiries regarding contracts or inventory to appropriate departments.
  6. Manage consignment and inventory control effectively.
  7. Handle and document returns and transfers of products with precision.
  8. Represent the organization at professional gatherings and assist sales personnel as required.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory standards and effectively communicate these to clients.
  10. Contribute to departmental goals and strategies.
  11. Perform administrative tasks, including file maintenance and standard operating procedure implementation.
  12. Meet performance indicators established by management.
  13. Engage in individual and team projects.
  14. Be available for after-hours emergencies related to customer orders.
  15. Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Accurate reporting and monitoring of data.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including heavy lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification as a Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS).
  • Prior experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
