El puesto abarca la región de Portland, OR y el sur de WA.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Relaciones con Clientes que cubra la región. Nuestros especialistas son responsables de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través del contacto con los clientes, desarrollando cuentas y promoviendo resultados. Nos enfocamos en construir relaciones sólidas con nuestros clientes, tanto nuevos como existentes, para comprender verdaderamente sus necesidades y cómo podemos ayudarles a alcanzar el éxito, mientras logramos un crecimiento de ingresos rentable año tras año.

Responsabilidades del Puesto:

  • Conectar con los clientes – identificar oportunidades de crecimiento con clientes actuales y nuevos.
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico a los clientes para mejoras de productos y procesos.
  • Desarrollo de relaciones con los clientes.
  • Gestionar el inventario de productos de los clientes para asegurar que no haya interrupciones en el suministro.
  • Actualizar regularmente SalesForce/CRM con oportunidades y nuevos negocios.
  • Seguimiento a los clientes sobre desafíos de suministro, aumentos de precios, etc.
  • Gestionar pruebas de productos para la calificación de los clientes.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Título universitario o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • 5 años de experiencia en negocios, ventas o marketing.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Fuertes habilidades de planificación y organización.
  • Alta atención al detalle y sólidas habilidades de gestión administrativa.
  • Habilidades de negociación y presentación efectivas.
  • Capacidad demostrada en técnicas de servicio al cliente, incluyendo seguimiento y resolución.
  • Capacidad para responder a demandas y cambios en el entorno laboral de manera positiva, reconociéndolos como oportunidades de crecimiento personal y profesional.
  • Enfoque enérgico hacia los negocios y deseo de tener éxito.
  • Competencia informática y experiencia en aplicaciones de MS Office.
  • Licencia de conducir válida con un historial de conducción aceptable.

Experiencia Preferida:

  • Conocimiento en Distribución y Manufactura.
  • Conocimiento de los mercados de plásticos reforzados y productos fundidos, así como una comprensión profunda de las funciones de proveedores y distribuidores.
