- Supporting Spanish-speaking clients with questions regarding insurance policies, coverage specifics, and claims procedures.
- Delivering top-notch customer service via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Translating documents and communications between English and Spanish.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of client concerns.
- Informing clients about insurance offerings and assisting them in making well-informed choices.
- Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in each language.
- Prior experience in customer service within the insurance field is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Compassionate and patient, dedicated to addressing client issues.
- Understanding of insurance terminology and policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Relevant state insurance license is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
