Position Summary

We are in search of a talented and personable HR professional to enhance our people operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role will concentrate on improving employee productivity and modernizing HR processes. The ideal candidate will be a cultural ambassador, promoting a best-in-class workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for 1Path employees and management.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle at 1Path, including the onboarding process and exit interviews.
  • Manage the HR SharePoint platform for employee access.
  • Lead the quarterly performance review process (Quarterly Connect).
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Collaborate with managers to support employee development and career advancement.
  • Supervise two direct reports: Recruiter and Office Coordinator II.
  • Enhance employee culture through recognition programs, including monthly meetings and quarterly town halls.
  • Provide guidance to the HR team and management on complex and sensitive issues.
  • Analyze voluntary turnover rates, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies as necessary.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnering with management on talent management and employee development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Three to five years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is desirable.
