Job Summary

AM Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our legal team. The ideal candidate will have superb research and administrative skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to assist attorneys with ongoing needs.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, documents, and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management.
  • Liaise with clients and other parties as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all legal documents and communications.
  • Provide additional support to attorneys and the corporate office as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal certification or similar.
  • Two years of legal research experience.
  • Two years of experience in drafting legal and business documents.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Lexis-Nexis, PACER, Westlaw and other legal research sites.
