Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer calls, screen calls, and take messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Greet visitors with a positive attitude and in line with security procedures.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for Parexel visitors and volunteers.
  • Assist with scheduling activities and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Coordinate catering for internal and external meetings as required.
  • Monitor performance to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Submit and manage helpdesk requests.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the reception desk and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Procure and manage office supplies and stationery.
  • Parking space assignment and arrangements.
  • Maintain a positive and results-oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork.
  • Follow visitor and guest protocol and procedures.
  • Support the facility manager as requested.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an administrative setting and/or office professional setting.
  • Prior experience working in a medical setting (hospital or office) is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and proficiency with modern technology.
  • Education: minimum High School Diploma.

Compensation: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel's annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review, and additional total rewards incentives.
