Administrative Assistant Senior Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant Senior Representative to join our team at Cigna Healthcare. As a key member of our Market Growth Leader team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Market Growth Leader and local market leadership team, including calendar management, expense reporting, and other support.
- Produce and update presentations and other materials, including editing in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Perform meeting and event support, such as preparing meeting materials and notes, ensuring appropriate space setup and cleanup, catering management, and other projects as needed.
- Support local community and civic affairs events, assisting with event planning, management, and breakdown.
- Assist with various projects within a high-traffic sales office, including office initiatives, mail and office supply management, and facility oversight.
- Order all office supplies and promotional items and maintain the budget for management monthly and year-end.
- Assist with printing requests, including printing, binding, and shipping materials.
- May support segment-level administrative services projects in partnership with other local offices.
- Communicate professionally and collaborate with internal matrix partners, brokers, and clients.
- Backup other administrative professionals when needed.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with demonstrated ability to support senior leaders, strongly preferred.
- 1+ years of experience with office or facility management strongly preferred.
- Strong computer-based technical skills, including Outlook, Word, and internet/web navigation, strong knowledge base of Microsoft Excel, required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Health insurance background with general understanding of the overall sales process and knowledge of.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a production-like, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change, with the ability to manage, prioritize, and work on numerous projects at one time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure while anticipating the needs of the customer and/or business partner and understanding the consequences of actions.
- Budgeting or accounting experience preferred.
