About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant Senior Representative to join our team at Cigna Healthcare. As a key member of our Market Growth Leader team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Market Growth Leader and local market leadership team, including calendar management, expense reporting, and other support.
  • Produce and update presentations and other materials, including editing in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Perform meeting and event support, such as preparing meeting materials and notes, ensuring appropriate space setup and cleanup, catering management, and other projects as needed.
  • Support local community and civic affairs events, assisting with event planning, management, and breakdown.
  • Assist with various projects within a high-traffic sales office, including office initiatives, mail and office supply management, and facility oversight.
  • Order all office supplies and promotional items and maintain the budget for management monthly and year-end.
  • Assist with printing requests, including printing, binding, and shipping materials.
  • May support segment-level administrative services projects in partnership with other local offices.
  • Communicate professionally and collaborate with internal matrix partners, brokers, and clients.
  • Backup other administrative professionals when needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with demonstrated ability to support senior leaders, strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience with office or facility management strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer-based technical skills, including Outlook, Word, and internet/web navigation, strong knowledge base of Microsoft Excel, required.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Health insurance background with general understanding of the overall sales process and knowledge of.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a production-like, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change, with the ability to manage, prioritize, and work on numerous projects at one time.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines and work under pressure while anticipating the needs of the customer and/or business partner and understanding the consequences of actions.
  • Budgeting or accounting experience preferred.
