Position Overview:
Wolf & Company, P.C. is seeking a Senior Events Coordinator to enhance our dynamic in-house Marketing team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all facets of event research, planning, marketing, execution, and revenue generation on a national scale.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning and execution of all external events annually, ensuring effective expense management, revenue generation, promotional activities, and seamless event delivery.

Coordinate on-site logistics, including setup, breakdown, and vendor management.

Event Software Management:
Utilize platforms such as Cvent, ICapture, and Salesforce to streamline event processes.

Administer CPE credits for hosted events and webinars.

Handle pre-event tasks including registration, data management, meeting coordination, budgeting, invoicing, contract assessments, and stakeholder communication.

Post-Event Responsibilities:
Conduct data entry, debriefing sessions, invoicing, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Manage monthly reconciliation of event-related expenses and collaborate with the Accounts Payable team on ongoing invoicing.

Define event objectives and KPIs to evaluate success and develop strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.

Provide comprehensive feedback to the Events Manager regarding event execution, financial outcomes, and areas for improvement to inform future strategies.

Act as the primary contact for all operational and logistical aspects of events, including vendor and partnership relations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant topics, research speaking opportunities, and facilitate event registration and session development.

Align event strategies with organizational goals and target demographics.

Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors.

Develop and manage event budgets to maximize profitability.

Work alongside the sales team to define target audiences, event attendance, revenue goals, and lead generation strategies.

Collaborate closely with marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging across print, digital, and video platforms.

Research, negotiate, and oversee vendor contracts and relationships.

Stay informed on industry trends, offering innovative ideas and creative solutions to stakeholders and marketing team members.

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety requirements for events.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

3-5 years of direct experience in managing a diverse range of events, preferably within the financial sector.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce; familiarity with Cvent, iCapture, and Google Analytics is advantageous.

Demonstrated proactive work ethic and ability to operate with urgency.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism and composure.

Proven client relations experience.

Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced environment.

A commitment to innovation, consistently bringing fresh ideas to both strategy and execution.

A creative thinker and independent leader who can work autonomously with minimal oversight.

Self-motivated individual who can enhance the event planning experience.

Willingness to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.

Physical ability to lift up to 20-25 lbs.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000.


Compensation will be determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.

In addition to base pay, eligibility for performance-based incentives or sales commissions may apply.
