About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Program Coordinator to join our team at Kisco Senior Living. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents through the planning and implementation of wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in wellness programs
  • Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate
  • Implement a variety of group and individual wellness programs
  • Work with volunteers and community groups to implement various programs
  • Assist in setting up wellness and community events
  • Assist with scheduling transportation as required
  • Drive vehicles as necessary
Requirements
  • High school graduate
  • One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)
  • Experience leading exercise classes and assisting with exercise equipment preferred
  • Valid driver's license and proof of good driving record
  • Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one within reasonable time of employment (as required)
  • First Aid Certification
