The Role

We are in search of a proficient Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant to enhance our Boston operations.

This dual-function position offers a distinctive opportunity to provide support to our executive leadership while ensuring the smooth functioning of our Boston office.

Your duties will encompass managing executive calendars, arranging travel, organizing team activities, liaising with clients and vendors, and fostering a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance:
Oversee calendars, coordinate meetings, and manage travel logistics for executive personnel.

Office Coordination:
Supervise the daily functions of our Boston office, ensuring a well-structured and engaging environment for our staff.

Team Engagement:
Organize and implement team-building events and initiatives that promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

External Partnerships:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and clients to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in executive assistance or office coordination roles, preferably in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.

A proactive and organized mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Exceptional communication skills, emphasizing discretion and professionalism.

A passion for fostering a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere.
