Ameritas, a leading provider of employee benefits and well-being programs, is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our Total Rewards Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the administration and delivery of our comprehensive benefits and well-being programs to associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Administration: Assist with the day-to-day administration of our company's well-being platform, ensuring seamless communication and support for associates.
  • Program Development and Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external partners to develop and implement engaging well-being programs and services, including website promotions, monthly newsletters, table events, and webinars.
  • Educational Programs: Plan, implement, and evaluate a minimum of two educational programs or events each quarter, focusing on promoting associate well-being and enhancing their overall experience.
  • Benefits Enrollment and Verification: Assist with monitoring new hire benefits enrollment and dependent verification processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Benefits Communications: Develop and maintain benefits communications, including monthly newsletter contributions and development of SharePoint sites with information videos.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong understanding of employee benefits and well-being programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Salary and Benefits

This is a part-time position, with a salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This internship is benefits ineligible.
