About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team. As a student services associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including formatting documents, scheduling meetings, copying, answering procedural questions, purchasing items, reserving rooms, and assisting with business forms.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Answer phones, emails, and arrange student visits.
  • Coordinate committee and program meetings and write meeting minutes.
  • Assist with instructional-related tasks such as ordering textbooks and course materials, tracking undergraduate program applications, preparing admission letters, enrollment reports, maintaining advising sheets, and grade submissions.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and program data by setting up and entering data, pulling reports, and assisting faculty and students with questions.
  • Provide administrative support for awards, including collecting and submitting award materials, tracking award decisions, scheduling and preparing documents for meetings, drafting letters as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma plus two years of experience in a professional office environment with increasing responsibilities.
  • Evidence of multi-tasking, customer/client service, and ability to communicate across diverse platforms.
  • Knowledge of Office 365.
