Job Overview

Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Coordinator to join our Admin team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining daily front office operations, ensuring seamless interactions with participants, visitors, and vendors. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Directing Participants and Visitors: Ensure timely and courteous reception services for participants, visitors, and vendors, providing them with accurate information and direction to relevant resources.
  • Office Management Tasks: Complete routine tasks such as mail processing, receipting cash, managing mailroom and employee breakroom facilities at 210 O Street location, and performing front office opening and closing procedures.
  • Crisis Situations: Respond promptly to and resolve crisis situations, initiating incident reports when necessary.
  • Supplies Management: Maintain office supplies, including ordering, distribution, and restocking, to ensure seamless operation of the front office.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required for this role.
  • Three (3) Years Clerical Experience or Equivalent Education: Preferred for this position.
  • Typing Speed and Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Must be able to type at least 40 WPM and possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Outlook, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication and Teamwork Skills: Must be able to read, write, and communicate English effectively, work collaboratively with colleagues across the agency, and promote services and consistency of service practices.
  • Training and Development: Must attend agency-provided Case Management training within three months of start date.

The estimated salary range for this position is $18.27 per hour, plus a $1,000 training incentive, based on industry standards and cost of living in the area.
