Physical Therapist Role for Rehabilitation and Growth

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting healing and maximizing functional independence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop effective treatment plans.
- Implement and administer interventions, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and other evidence-based treatments, to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems to empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, adhere to regulatory requirements, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and a proven track record of providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain a positive professional demeanor, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
