Job Overview

The Showroom Customer Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering a superior brand experience.

This role involves assisting clients while efficiently managing appointment scheduling through various communication channels, including phone and email.

Compensation starts at $18/hr, with opportunities for advancement to a showroom designer position, which includes a base salary plus commission.


Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling for Design Consultants.


- Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email, addressing client needs promptly.


- Collaborate with the Centralized Scheduling team, ensuring accurate scheduling of consultations.


- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients visiting the showroom, assisting with guestbook registration and offering refreshments as needed.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization as directed by management, including opening and closing duties.


- Perform administrative tasks as assigned, which may include warranty processing, trade package management, and additional sales support.

- Support the Sales Manager in the ongoing training and development of Design Consultants related to Central Scheduling as required.

Depending on the size of the business, may also handle accounts receivable tasks.
