Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily front office operations with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Provide professional and compassionate assistance to patients and visitors during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, including revenue cycle responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate's Degree or High School Diploma.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, oral, and verbal formats.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in clinical office work and/or general cashier work.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Clinical Trial Management Systems.
