Responsibilities:- Manage daily front office operations with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Provide professional and compassionate assistance to patients and visitors during check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, including revenue cycle responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Education: Associate's Degree or High School Diploma.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written, oral, and verbal formats.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
- Experience in clinical office work and/or general cashier work.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Clinical Trial Management Systems.
