Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate installations and deliveries.
- Maintain and update invoices while providing clear guidance to the delivery personnel.
- Manage payment collection for customer orders.
- Assist with service inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Accurately process orders in a timely manner.
- Support showroom activities as necessary.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer focus with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at multitasking.
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
