Location: Remote/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver advanced analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems. Address moderate to complex client inquiries effectively.

· Provide direct guidance to various organizational units to ensure prompt service delivery and issue resolution. Collaborate with teams to ensure that challenges are being addressed appropriately and resolved efficiently.

· Engage in product development, enhancements, and system testing to ensure that offerings consistently process high-value transactions accurately and efficiently.

· Tackle intricate problems utilizing a comprehensive understanding of system intricacies. Combine in-depth knowledge of the area with a solid grasp of industry standards to deliver solutions to both internal and external clients.

· Offer support to junior client processing roles. May oversee the allocation and review of work performed by team members.

· May be tasked with specific supervisory reviews, training, and approval responsibilities.

· Contribute to the achievement of objectives for related teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

· Experience in brokerage processing is advantageous.
