Human Resources Assistant

TalentCount is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to the HR Manager and CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic HR documents, files, and records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the President/CEO and HR Manager with various administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and reviewing applications.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Provide backup support to payroll, including processing payroll, answering employee questions, and distributing checks.
  • Training and Development: Schedule training for field employees and assist with new hire orientation.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing special events, employee recognition events, and holiday parties.
  • HRIS Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users of our HR information system.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
