Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager for our East Region to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing the company's sales by providing innovative solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet personal and team sales targets by meeting the equipment needs of existing customers and identifying new prospective customers through various channels.
  • Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Make personal sales calls at customer sites on a regular basis.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to grow profitable sales.
  • Actively seek prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
  • Fulfills customer needs for current literature, catalogs, product pricing, etc.
  • Meets or exceeds the annual sales performance expectation of $15 million, with goals to be reviewed annually to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Completes expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • Prefer bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or five to ten years of related experience and/or training in Machinery Sales in food manufacturing/packing, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite of products; Word; PowerPoint; Excel, company ERP System (Traverse)
  • Prefer Bilingual (English/Spanish)
