About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction companies in the Columbia, mid-Missouri market.

You will pitch our Forge + Build products and services, maintain and nurture existing customer relationships by providing excellent service, and keep them up-to-date on new products. You will effectively manage complaints and inquiries in a prompt manner and consistently develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase the overall Forge + Build market share and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present and sell Forge + Build products and services
  • Maintain monthly sales quotas and customer experience ratings
  • Consistently go out of your way to assist potential and current customers
  • Pitch to large groups and ask for the close of the sale
  • Cold call new prospects
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on territory sales initiatives
  • Responsible for multi-unit locations
About You

You must have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, be able to physically visit locations within assigned territory, and have previous sales experience in the construction industry. You should be able to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment, overcome sales objections, and drive and maintain a valid driver's license.
