Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Process payroll and administer benefits
  • Audit payroll and benefits programs and recommend corrective action

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Equivalent mix of experience and education
  • 2 years of human resources and payroll related experience
  • Basic understanding of human resource practices and some knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Basic understanding of the payroll function including check processing
  • Proficiency in payroll and benefits administration software
  • Exhibit strong multitasking abilities
  • Possess a diligent work ethic
  • Proven ability to complete tasks correctly and in a timely manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
