Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Prime Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met
  • Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers
  • Work closely with the Regional TA Manager, TA Teams, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practices meet the organization's needs
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED, required
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, in a healthcare setting
