Job Overview

Tech-24 is a leading provider of maintenance and repair services for the foodservice industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement
  • Partner with branch managers to identify and develop talent for key positions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including EEOC and DOL requirements
  • Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • College degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and management
  • HR certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
