Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Creating engaging social media content to promote our brand and attract candidates.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinating and tracking interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with the Regional TA Manager, TA Teams, hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practices meet the organization's needs.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of developing and maintaining online communities in support of our recruitment initiatives. Someone who can build a social media presence that delivers a significant amount of candidate leads.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications:

High school diploma/GED, required.Experience developing and negotiating job offers.Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field.Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing, healthcare experience

Prime Healthcare Management Inc offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 to $36.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
