Job Title: Office Manager/Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Manager/Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Hera Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal requisitions for materials and supplies, including approval, purchase, and follow-up.
  • Manage invoice approvals and resolve issues as needed.
  • Oversee JobBOSS management, including generating reports, creating traveler's templates, and clearing outstanding orders.
  • Manage IT, including maintenance and troubleshooting, new user setup, phone system maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Retrieve and sort incoming mail and distribute accordingly.
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Event planning, filing, organizing, and other projects as required by Company Management.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Backup Administrative Assistant as needed.
  • Perform cross-functional operations.
  • Support 5-S and adhere to health, safety, and environmental company guidelines.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including evaluating applications and resumes, selecting candidates to interview, assessing qualifications, and identifying candidates to hire.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as an office manager or administrative assistant, plus some HR experience.
  • Knowledge of and working experience with accounting and QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and knowledge of information technology systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with ability to multi-task.
  • General computer and networking knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written English.
  • Ability to learn to perform cross-functional operations.
Work Environment:

Most of the work hours are in an air-conditioned open office with an assigned cubicle and comfortable seating. The work environment is professional, respectful, and supportive, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
