- Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices for Territory Managers and sales staff.
- Lead, grow, and build a high-performance team of sales and service leaders and professionals.
- Develop strategic approaches to growing revenues with existing customers and gaining share through new customer acquisition.
- Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.
- Proactively introduce new ideas to drive growth, performance, profitability, etc.
- Track, review, and analyze metrics of staff, records, and market to drive process improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate selling agreements.
- Proficiency with Client Relationship Management databases.
- Proficiency in Windows/PC-based work environment, specifically MS Office.
- Ability to interact at a management level with HR, Accounting, IT, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Quality.
- High school diploma or GED.
- An undergraduate degree.
- 3+ years of sales and sales management experience within an electronics and logistics environment.
