Legal Support Specialist

Position Overview
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual to become part of our expanding Legal team. This role involves supporting two attorneys focused on US-related legal matters while collaborating with our international Legal teams based in Switzerland and Taiwan. You will report directly to the Head of Legal – US.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and file legal documents pertinent to corporate governance, including formation and foreign registration documents, amendments, annual reports, bylaws, and operating agreements.
- Assist in the creation and negotiation of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements for US-based pharmaceutical clients and vendors.
- Organize and maintain corporate records, such as minute books, officer resolutions, agreements, and other critical documents.
- Support due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, financing, and other corporate transactions.
- Conduct research on legal matters and regulatory obligations as required.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external entities to collect and maintain necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, materials, and minutes for internal meetings involving the Legal department and other divisions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Resources on special projects as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, arranging travel, and processing expense reports.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification required.
- 2-3 years of relevant paralegal experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint).
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a growing team.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international departments is essential.
- Prior experience in a corporate or in-house legal environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with online contract management systems is a plus.
