Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our Gastroenterology Department at Markpointe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department's daily operations, including forecasting and staffing, to ensure optimal patient care and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, management team members, and business partners to address strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Participate in a systematic evaluation of programs and processes to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.
  • Ensure adequate scheduling and staffing, recruit, retain, and develop staff, and provide performance feedback and input into staff performance reviews.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and industry standards, ensuring safe care to patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Promote individual professional growth and development, meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required.
  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support.
  • Professional certification in clinical area or management preferred.
  • Three (3) or more years experience in clinical area of Endo and GI setting practice and minimum one (1) year experience in a supervisory or management role.
