Dialysis Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Dialysis Clinical Coordinator is a key member of the US Renal Care team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dialysis clinics. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Operations: Assist with the management and operation of the dialysis clinic, ensuring that all clinical and operational processes are running smoothly.
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Quality Assurance: Coordinate quality management programs, ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet corporate goals and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance: Work with the Administrator to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Communication: Maintain effective relationships with Medical Directors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Clinical Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a dialysis setting, with a strong background in clinical operations and staff management.
- Education: RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
