Job Description

Job Title: Clinical Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing Clinical Supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct Clinical Supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Coordinate care coordination, orientation, and other duties as required by contract and/or programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Recruit, train, and develop Clinical Supervisors to ensure a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required
  • Minimum of two years of home care experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in quality management and budget management preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in hiring, training, and employee development preferred
  • Experience in regulatory audits such as The Joint Commission and ACHC or other required contracts preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required
  • Proficiency in the English language required

Benefits:

  • Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
  • Annual bonus potential of $16,600, paid out quarterly
