As a Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and provide administrative support to our clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of clinical resources
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the operation of our healthcare services
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in scheduling software
- Additional languages a plus
