Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to neonates and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- NRP (or obtained within three months of employment)
- BLS
- Current state nursing license
- Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
- Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting
