- Supporting organizational behavior within the codebase and at the project or team level
- Reviewing PRs promptly to assist in unblocking team members
- Initiating the documentation process for undocumented codebases or systems
- Sharing knowledge through documentation and pair programming
- Developing modular, testable, and reusable code
- Participating in technical decisions to meet deadlines or ship features effectively
- Communicating complex scenarios to other engineers
- Contributing to the development of features or projects under guidance
- Assisting in defining features and MVPs with product owners
- Supporting the hiring process and evaluating candidates based on set criteria
- Developing an understanding of peer work styles to suggest improvements in team norms
- Supporting our users through periodic shifts in an on-call rotation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related technical field
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience, with a solid foundation in software development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop solutions using relevant technologies, ensuring maintainability and extensibility
- Familiarity with testing and quality assurance practices including unit testing and code documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver quality solutions within established timelines
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, React, and JavaScript
- Additional desirable skills include AWS, Spring Boot, Node.js, and Svelte

The salary range for this position is $123,200.00 - $205,400.00 USD Annual. The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
