ResponsibilitiesAs an Obstetrician-Gynecologist RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your duties will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current state nursing license and ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing priorities
