Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and excellent communication skills. As a member of our NICU team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including medical records and billing data.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
  • NRP (or obtained within three months of employment).
  • BLS.
  • Current state nursing license.
  • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
  • Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
