**Position Summary**

We are in search of a skilled Project Construction Supervisor to lead and manage a diverse range of significant construction and renovation initiatives. In this role, you will be tasked with the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects within established timelines. Collaboration with site superintendents will be essential to ensure seamless operations and timely project delivery. This role provides avenues for professional growth and a robust compensation package.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assess and manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Organize and coordinate all construction activities, scheduling various phases to meet project deadlines.
  • Recruit and oversee subcontractors and vendors, delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Track project progress and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Facilitate monthly billing processes and ensure compliance with labor regulations and documentation standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, including phasing and sequencing.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, addressing any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Construction Supervisor.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, material management, and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Project).
  • Experience with construction/project management software such as Procore and BlueBeam is advantageous.
  • Experience in overseeing direct trade work, including earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, and framing.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective team player with leadership capabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
