Junior Construction Project Manager

A reputable High-End Residential Construction Firm is in search of a Junior Construction Project Manager.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will work closely with the Vice President and the Senior Field Manager. The primary duty of the Project Manager will be to supervise, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from the initial planning stages to the successful completion.

This role is crucial in ensuring that each construction project runs smoothly by managing all on-site operations, including the coordination of subcontractors and laborers throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also be responsible for upholding job site standards, maintaining accurate records of laborers' hours, and submitting necessary planning documentation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated maturity and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Outstanding organizational abilities
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings is preferred but not mandatory
