Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Contracted Solutions Strategy efforts. This individual will be responsible for enhancing our product portfolio to better serve owners of our vehicles, including Extended Service Contracts, Telematic products, and predictive offerings that increase customer efficiency and drive brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic market/product line business plans to enhance or distinguish product placement
- Oversee market research and monitor competitive activity to identify business opportunities and address customer needs
- Identify strategic customers or partners and establish pricing strategies
- Communicate VOC (voice of the customer) and VOD (voice of dealer) for product improvements and competitive positioning
- Leverage feedback from customers to develop aftersales solutions that optimize their total cost of ownership
- Work cross-functionally to ensure organizational alignment with all business plans to develop new products or enhance existing product lines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of marketing, sales, or product-related experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
- OR Master's degree
- At least 8 years of marketing, sales, or product-related experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
- OR At least 14 years of marketing, sales, or product-related experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience

- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
