  • Oversee the long-term internal forecast and short-term budget for warranty coverages and collaborate with business to identify risks and opportunities of future experience.
  • Collaborate with Reliability & Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional business partners to support assumptions for warranty analyses and forecasts of new vehicles or issues.
  • Assist the business with financial modeling and perform ad-hoc analyses such as cost-benefit analyses.
  • Manage the use of large datasets to support warranty analyses and mitigate risk through establishing reasonable control checks.
  • Take an active role in identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and developing business insights.
  • Communicate technical results to various stakeholders in clear and supportable presentations.
  • Minimize warranty liability true-ups absent unexpected operational issues.
  • Achieve and maintain high forecasting accuracy.
