Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including operating election equipment, preparing inventory, and reviewing quality assurance checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain election equipment
  • Prepare and manage inventory for input into machines
  • Record and verify batch reconciliation information
  • Provide verification of output material and other pertinent information
  • Review and perform quality assurance checks for various election materials, equipment, and processes
  • Perform related warehouse duties as required
  • Complete paperwork associated with the recording of election material

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
