Executive Assistant Opportunity

A forward-thinking company in San Bernardino, CA, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support their CFO/COO. This exciting role involves overseeing various back-office functions, managing day-to-day operations, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CFO/COO with administrative tasks and projects
  • Oversee safety, HR, payroll, and accounting functions
  • Shadow the CFO/COO and be assigned projects based on daily demands
  • Manage day-to-day operations and back-office functions

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in an office manager, accounting, customer service, or administrative role
  • Experience working in a service-based industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience or knowledge relating to California state or labor laws is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish; must be fluent
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
