Executive Assistant Opportunity
A forward-thinking company in San Bernardino, CA, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support their CFO/COO. This exciting role involves overseeing various back-office functions, managing day-to-day operations, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO/COO with administrative tasks and projects
- Oversee safety, HR, payroll, and accounting functions
- Shadow the CFO/COO and be assigned projects based on daily demands
- Manage day-to-day operations and back-office functions
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in an office manager, accounting, customer service, or administrative role
- Experience working in a service-based industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience or knowledge relating to California state or labor laws is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; must be fluent
- Adaptable and flexible
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
