Job Title: Office Technician

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic team? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our administration team as an Office Technician in the Inland Deserts Region 6 Headquarters located in Ontario.

Job Summary:

The Office Technician will provide administrative support to Region 6 staff by answering phones, relaying information to the general public and employees, completing general typing, data entry, spreadsheets, forms, faxing, emailing, filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail, general office procurement, and processing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Region 6 staff
  • Answer phones and relay information to the general public and employees
  • Complete general typing, data entry, spreadsheets, forms, faxing, emailing, filing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process invoices and general office procurement
Requirements:
  • Transfer eligibility or passing the Office Technician (Typing) exam
  • Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute
Working Conditions:

The position will be located at the Ontario Regional Office and will involve sitting most of the time. The working hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
