About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Manager to join our Amazon Devices team. As a key member of our Reverse Logistics team, you will be responsible for leading the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics and participating in strategic business reviews with Reverse Logistics suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global and regional strategy for Reverse Logistics and participate in strategic business reviews with Reverse Logistics suppliers.
  • Lead the sourcing and selection of one or more Reverse Logistics suppliers in alignment with the overarching Reverse Logistics strategy and within the Return Services framework.
  • Oversee contract management, adherence to agreements, delivery performance, cost control, and social responsibility.
  • Be a strong advocate for the suppliers within the organization while also providing critical feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Professional Degree (Bachelor's degree)
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience with a proven track record of executing the strategic vision
  • Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience working within cross-cultural teams, leading projects/initiatives across a matrix organization and driving toward consensus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven analytical / decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
  • Experience presenting to executive leaders and a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Experience leading and negotiating complex negotiations
  • Results-oriented with strong bias for action, even in ambiguous situations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
