Job OverviewAt Precoa, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for mentoring and inspiring a talented team of funeral directors, helping them achieve success by providing thoughtful, personalized solutions that resonate deeply with the families they serve.Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and inspire a team of funeral directors to achieve success
  • Provide personalized solutions that resonate with families
  • Host weekly and monthly meetings to empower team members
  • Partner with Field Management and funeral home partners to ensure shared mission is realized
  • Track performance metrics and share insights with senior leadership

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience
  • Funeral Director License preferred
  • Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one
  • 2-5 years of successful industry experience
  • 3+ years in a sales or sales management role
  • Comfortability with and interest in traveling for work
