Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Oak Ridge Legal Search LLC. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day workflow, management, and development of the office administration staff, including legal assistants and paralegals.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and organizing office operations and procedures, including information management, filing systems, and supplies
  • Maintaining office equipment and developing and maintaining central filing systems
  • Assisting in establishing and monitoring correspondence procedures and style preferences
  • Performing clerical and administrative duties as needed, including answering phones, e-filing, preparing correspondence, and other documents
  • Providing day-to-day guidance and oversight of the staff, addressing complaints, and resolving problems
  • Maintaining current knowledge of the overall activities of the team and identifying problem areas for corrective action

This position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, and/or office manager, with some staff supervision experience.

Additionally, the candidate should have a basic competence in the duties and tasks of the supervised employees; be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe; and have knowledge of Quickbooks, Bill4Time, and NetDocs or similar applications.
