Administrative Coordinator

This dynamic position is responsible for various administrative duties related to our HVAC service agreements and customer interactions. The successful candidate will work closely with sales staff, operations, and senior management to ensure seamless support for new and existing sales agreements.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing agreements, entering them into our ERP system, managing asset lists, and ensuring all terms are correct. The role requires strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to prioritize a time-sensitive workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter service agreements into our ERP system
- Manage asset lists and ensure all terms are correct
- Work closely with sales staff, operations, and senior management to ensure seamless support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:
- 5 years of increasing administrative responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize a time-sensitive workload
